There
seems to be a constant stream of fine artists coming out of Canada - Lynn
Miles is the latest that I have come across. She has a 'folky' style although
her records are usually to be found in the Country section in record stores.
She writes her own songs - This Heart That Lives In Winter is really special.
Lynn pays a little homage to fellow Canadian Joni Mitchell in one of the
songs with a quote from 'River'. Her voice sounds like a blend of Joni
Mitchell and Shawn Colvin.
